New 3D Printing Conference Taking Place 28 JanuaryMember News
Additive Live is an AM conference which has been launched in the UK by GoPrint3D. The inaugural event which is being supported by HP will take place at PrintCity, Manchester Metropolitan University’s central Additive Manufacturing lab.
The first Additive Live event is focused on Additive Manufacturing in Higher Education with talks on the use of colour in 3D printing, generative design and a preview of HP’s University level 3D printing curriculum. There will also be advice about setting up AM labs inside Universities, how to go about SME outreach as well as a tour of PrintCity’s facilities.
“The idea behind Additive Live is to help delegates learn about the latest AM technologies and best practices, whilst helping them improve their 3D printing skills and develop their professional network.” said David Whitehouse, Marketing Manager, GoPrint3D. ”Our first event in Manchester will be tailored towards Universities and Colleges.”
